September 2026 Salisbury MD Home Sales Statistics

In September 2026, the median single-family home sales price in the Salisbury MD area real estate market was $309,000, up 11% from the median sales price last September. There were 74 home sales, down 30% from the same month last year.

The average time on market was 2.6 months, up from 1.7 months in September of 2025. Currently, there are 5.0 months of supply of homes in Wicomico County. * This is determined by the number of homes available divided by the number of homes sold the previous month.

October 2026 Salisbury MD Real Estate Outlook

Our September projection was close for sales but the spike in home prices came as a bit of a surprise. For October, around 70 units should close in Wicomico County with a pullback on prices. If correct, that would be on par with October of 2017. Next week, we’ll publish the Q3 Housing Report.
