In July 2026, the median single-family home sales price in the Salisbury MD area real estate market was $315,000, up 11% from the median sales price last July. There were 85 home sales, down 8% from the same month last year.

The average time on market was 1.9 months, up from 1.6 months in July of 2025. Currently, there are 3.6 months of supply of homes in Wicomico County. * This is determined by the number of homes available divided by the number of homes sold the previous month.

Our home sale projection for July was on the money. August should look much like July with around 80 homes sold. Prices are likely to pull back a bit as well.
